Electric Park Ballroom in Waterloo is located near the fairgrounds of the National Cattle Congress, just off U.S. 218 at Ansborough Ave. The building is located on the northwest side of W. Below are driving directions to Electric Park Ballroom from any entry point in the metro area.

1. ENTERING WATERLOO FROM THE EAST OR SOUTH
ON I-380 OR US-20 OR US-218

  • At the I-380/US-20/US-218 interchange in southeast Waterloo, go north on US-218 thru downtown Waterloo.
  • Take the Fletcher Ave. exit, turn right (north) onto Fletcher
  • Go to its end at a "T" intersection with Westfield Ave.
  • Turn left onto Westfield, follow the curve around John Deere.
  • At the next stoplight, Westfield ends and becomes Conger St.
  • Continue through that intersection.
  • The entrance to Electric Park will be on the left, beyond the intersection, just before the river.

2. ENTERING WATERLOO FROM SOUTH
ON IA-21, HAWKEYE ROAD

  • Approaching southern Waterloo, cross over US 20 and turn left to take the onramp for US 20 West.
  • Exit at US 63/Sergeant Rd. and follow directions #3 (line 2) below.

3. ENTERING CEDAR FALLS-WATERLOO FROM THE WEST ON US-20

  • Continue eastward on US-20 toward Waterloo.
  • Exit at US-63 (Sergeant Rd.) near Waterloo Greyhound Park.
  • Turn right onto US-63 and continue northeasterly.
  • At the 2nd stoplight, turn left (north) onto Ansborough Ave.
  • Continue northward on Ansborough, across University Ave. and Falls Ave.
  • After crossing over U.S. 218, you curve east around the National Cattle Congress grounds.
  • At the next stoplight, turn left onto Conger St.
  • The entrance to Electric Park will be on the left, beyond the intersection, just before the river.

4. ENTERING CEDAR FALLS-WATERLOO FROM THE WEST
ON IA-57 FROM PARKERSBURG

  • Continue eastward on IA-57 (1st St., Cedar Falls).
  • Cross Main St. and the Cedar River, joining U.S. 218 South.
  • Follow directions #5 below.

5. ENTERING CEDAR FALLS-WATERLOO FROM THE NORTH ON US-218

  • Follow US-218 past the airport, where it curves south, toward downtown Waterloo.
  • Take the Ansborough Ave. exit.
  • Turn left onto Ansborough, going over U.S. 218 and around the National Cattle Congress grounds.
  • At the next stoplight, turn left onto W. Conger St.
  • The entrance to Electric Park will be on the left, beyond the intersection, just before the river.

6. ENTERING WATERLOO FROM THE NORTH ON US-63

  • Continue south on US-63, past Allen Hospital.
  • At the stoplights just before the railroad underpass, turn right onto Conger Street.
  • Continue west on Conger, crossing Broadway St. and Burton Ave.
  • Cross the Cedar River.
  • The entrance to Electric Park will be on the right just before the major intersection.

OR

  • Continue south on US-63, past Allen Hospital and into downtown Waterloo.
  • At the stoplight just past the Cedar River, turn right onto Commercial St., which becomes River Road.
  • Follow River Road northwestward along the river and cross railroad tracks.
  • Electric Park is visible straight ahead, just take the right-turn lane which takes you onto W. Conger St. at the entrance to Electric Park.

7. FROM DOWNTOWN WATERLOO (W.4TH & COMMERCIAL)

  • Follow Commercial St. westward.
  • After crossing Mullin St. (U.S. 63-South), Commercial becomes River Rd. around John Deere, along the river.
  • Follow River Road northwestward and cross railroad tracks.
  • Electric Park is visible straight ahead, just take the right-turn lane which takes you onto W. Conger St. at the entrance to Electric Park.
